Keeping the faith

To hope is easy
to keep the faith is hard
As if using a mantra,
convinces you throughout
another day...

Where belief should not be
a struggle, and thoughts
should not become wishes.
Faith should be
the foundation
that enables us to grow.

As with fruition,
faith shall show
it is not what one speaks
but rather what one
endures.
